It is pretty steamy here in Memphis today, and when I say this, It must be down right boiling to everyone else. I like it hot.

Cars, however do not… and mine died today, well, the battery did. Of course, me not being astute in the car department, I had no idea what was wrong, and assumed the worst, like I needed a new engine, which would cost thousands of dollars or something. I was not going to panic however, because one I am always taken care of, and two, there is always a solution to a “problem”.

Anyway, it happened between private classes, so my friend took me to the gym, where my second class was to happen, luckily, it was with the boys (you boys ROCK!!!!!!!). I told Mike what happened, and he said, “awh, its probably just the battery, and we will charge it after class. That is what we did, and viola, my car started right up.

Then a thought came to me. I have been remiss on getting my oil changed. That is something that you DO NOT mess around with, if you want your car to last. Usually i am very good about doing this, but time has slipped away from me, and It was way past due. The guy at the station said you hardly have any oil left, and it is a good thing you came in today!!!!!!! So he cleaned the engine and refilled all of the fluids, put air in the tires, and gave me a number for the car wash(desperately needed). Now all I have to do is clean the inside, and she will be so happy.
