Kelly Howell from Brain Sync does some guided meditations, and they tap into the different brainwave modes.

They have a ton of CD’s for different intentions .

Its worth a try.

I am inspired for the first time in a long time by this election. I get tingles, I am excited by the possibilities, I have activated! I pray…

Change is in the air, and not just as a tone in the campaign.

It’s been all about career changes for me lately, and the fear, and the opportunities and excitement of something new. Something more me, (me now).
