scrubbing away

I am in a crazed cleaning mode. I can hardly focus on anything else when things need to be cleaned. After a while tidiness just does not cut it, and a scrub is needed, and that is exactly what I have been doing since about 6 am. Already things feel lighter, and air smells fresh. I really don’t mind cleaning (and actually kind of like it), but I would rather be painting or doing yoga, although cleaning actually stimulates and creates a vehicle for focus, and I always feel better afterwards. Besides when I am done, I can do both.

So off I go…
