I love the process of yoga in all of its complexity. Working with in the physical structure of my body, I find freedom and space to explore the deeper aspects of my existence. Each pose can evoke different qualities. for example strength and bravery can be cultivated and expressed in a warrior pose or an arm balance, where as surrender and humility can be given in forward folds.

Probably my favorite thing in the way I practice and teach, is the flow within the practice. I love the fluidity and creative expression, as well as the interconnectedness of the poses. Within the flow, I become in tune with the breath which takes me deeper so I can experience the subtile energies. I go to a place where I can connect with spirit, wake up to life, and remember the joy that is always present.

This is available to everyone, no matter what.
