You never know where the fun lies

Last night was so much fun! I went to a party, and the central theme, was karaoke. Now I must admit, that at first I was shy, and did not want to participate. Then after a few minutes of watching others get behind a mic, and belt it out, I found myself unable to sit still and not join in. It helped that my girls Sissy(aka, Caroline) and Valerie were there.

Uh, I really got into it.

There were a few people that kept hogging the song book, but next time, I will be more prepared. All day I have been thinking of songs that I wan to sing badly in front of people. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

    Go Arline! It takes a little courage, but isn’t that part of the fun?

    In this teeny little town the only thing to do at night is go to the gay bars and one of them has karaoke a few nights a week. I was totally expecting your show tunes vibe, but this more “bear” like crowd goes for all the country classics. But we have so much fun that I’m now can say I like karaoke AND country music. Ha! It’s kooky good times.

    But the big question: What did you sing?

    All I’m saying is, once you warmed up, there was no stopping you. I just had to step back and let you have at it. Fun!! =)
